Refund policy

Returns Policy

We always hope that you love what you've ordered from us. But if, for any reason you don't, we'll be happy to refund or exchange any item that is returned in a fully re-saleable condition within 14 days of delivery.

Please be aware due to the nature of these items and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following products: Earrings (unless faulty), toiletries & cosmetics (including toothpaste and make-up), skin care products, soaps, shampoos, flannels, loofah scrubs and similar body scrubbing/washing items.

If an exchange or refund is required, please email Ann at pixidaisycustomer @yahoo.com and we will be happy to help you with this.   

If you would like an exchange and there is a difference in price between the two items, we will refund you the difference once we have received your unwanted item or contact you for an additional payment if the new item is more expensive.

We will send you the new item free of any new delivery charge (to the UK). 

Please return your unwanted item in it's original packaging and with the dispatch note, to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
